The Owners

Founding Central BBQ and Sweet Grass/Next Door would be enough for many restaurateurs.  Not for these guys.  They will keep pushing the boundaries and offering more diversified offerings – hence naming their restaurant group “Across the Board.”

Craig Blondis


Native to California, Craig made Memphis home a long time ago.  You will see him frequenting the Tigers games and cheering his son on.

Roger Sapp


A true Memphian, Roger held prestigiuos roles in accounting firms before venturing off to start his own business with Craig.  And yes, you will also see him at those Tiger games.

Ryan Trimm


Ryan grew up in multiple places including California, Pittsburgh and Memphis.  He received his culinary training at a perfect time in Charleston, S.C.  You will see him cheering on Ole Miss frequently.
